I went to Lucinds for a Wedding outfit for my sister.
The hard sell was scary trying to ply you with wine in the hope that you buying something.
My sister bough a dress for £199 , when she got home she looked at there website only to see the dress was in the sale for £140.. She called the store and they refused to give her a refund of the difference , stating the extra in store was for lighting heating staff etc ( cheap wine ). Well call me old fashioned but charging £60 more for an item in store in my opinion is dishonest.
Avoid this store as if you go in you wont get out alive unless you have purchased something.
I didn't think stores like this exisited anymore.
