Talking of old ads - heard the most distressing piece of trivia recently:

How did they make the PG Tips chimps' lips move like they were talking?
Well, chimps move their lips like that when they're nervous - and how did they make the chimps nervous whilst filming? Apparently they used to put a snake in the room with them whilst they were doing the scene to get the desired lip movements.

Isn't that awful? :speechless:

Had to google Trio bars, i don't remember eating them...... what were my parents thinking, they look lovely.

Trio bars were good, although I hated the advert, it almost put me off eating them... almost.


Can't believe they got away with the chimps thing, is that true or just a modern day myth?
