Well save your money and look at celebs in magazines, and save heart ache by watching David Atenbrough on the tv.

London Zoo has improved over the years and i know they talk about rehabilitation and saving endangered species but in the end it's just spin to get money out of your pocket.

Would you / we like to live in a cage.

Seeing birds of prey tied to a steak for show at these type of places does annoy me. You can see them trying to fly but only get a few yards because of the rope. The birds are made to feel hunger so when they do ' show them off ' they come straight back to the trainer cos he has a lump of meat in his hand. And i'm sure an eagle that has been kept in captivity WOULD WOULD WOULD survive in the great outdoors.

I'm going to stop ranting now.

...I like London Zoo. And I don't think it's 'spin' to get ur money. But I ain't gonna get into an argument over the morality of all that.

However, I will say that my uncle kept a hawk. She was never starved or kept hungry and when my uncle took her out to fly or hunt, she always came back. Because, I assume, she had a bond with my uncle. So I don't buy the starving the animals to make them perform.

That's all I'm saying. I think one thing, u think another.

i get what your saying and i would rather all animals live their original habitat but what saddens me even more is that its better than being killed just for fur or horns. I hate seeing all those adverts on tv about bears and whales being killed.

I think somewhere in africa where rhinos live the people there have taken their horns off so that poachers cant kill them because they kill them for their horns.

I know exactly what you mean, some animals do need protecting, it's the ones that don't and are in no danger of anything that bothers me and those animals are only there to bring in the punters and the money.

I seeee :) For some animals the conditions aren't so bad. Not as good as living in the wild, I'm sure, but their rainforest walkthrough bit it amazing. They have simulated rainstorms and things for the animals, which is quite cool.
