Acupuncture

Has anyone ever had acupuncture?

If so did it help?

I'm considering it but i don't know anyone who's had it done.

Not me but my sister has recently has treatment for her back. It has been very good so far, but one time she stood up after the end of the session and became very light headed. other than that she is pleased with the results.

Talk to you G.P they can often put you in touch with a local practition who they will vouch for. Just be wary of getting locked into lots of costly sessions.
