Hi, I am planning on moving to London to go to university after high school and to live there after that, and I was wondering if you could tell me the neighborhoods that are good, not so good and ok, like what are the ghettos that I would not want to live in, also what are some good creative colleges as in video, and graphic arts, Also is it worth getting a car there or should I just use the underground, buses and cabs, also can I get a car moved to the UK from the US and legally drive it with the steering wheel on the left side?

You can move cars anywhere, its just very expensive.

London is too big to list all the good/bad areas to be honest. There are a lot to list!

Best creative colleges would be St Martins, Camberwell College of Arts, Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication, London College of Communications.

Just outside London you also have University for the Creative Arts based in 5 locations.

They all differ for different aspects, so research the ones best for you.
