From wearing flip flops a lot i have gotten cracked heels and its very sore! My dad suggested snowfire some thing he use to use on his hands!

Almond oil is very good, warm in your hands rub in and sleep in socks (cotton). Also the intensive creams like e45 will do just as well.
In Boots you can buy a white rectangular stone, you use with water and or soap and it is brill.
