parking near The Scoop/City Hall ??

Hello everyone. Been to the site a few times and decided to join. I am a born & bred Londoner, so maybe able to contribute to the site from time to time, but, right now, I need help.

Along with many singers my daughter is appearing in the choral event for the London Festival at The Scoop this Sunday [13th Sept].

We would love her grandmother to come and hear the event but she can't get around very well. No wheelchair but still difficulty walking.

She has a Blue Badge to aid parking but I'm still having difficulty finding where to park.

Can you travel experts advice me on where would be best to park? (Yes, I know Tooley Street is likely to be a nightmare).
