Air India: Air India flight booking

Hello
I want to book flight to India. Can you please help me with the details.
I am planning for a return ticket departure on 21 dec and return on 21 Jan'10.
But the web site of Air India is down. can you handle my booking. If you book on my behalf, what modes of payment do you accept. I am at Canterbury. Is it compulsory that I come to London? Can I do it on-line using my debit card of Natwest bank?
