Is it a stupid idea to sell kite in London's park such as hyde park?I'm appreciate if you are willing to give opinion.

I imagine you would need some kind of licence. The park wardens might tell you off

I was thinking that why no one thought of that before. While I'm sure you need permission to do just that but who knows? Your wares might be all sold before the police swoop in. :)

I think it's not very easy to get a license.It's take a little risk to do that especially don't know if people will buy your kite.
well.can someone tell me how can I get a license?

You would need written permission from the Secretary of State to sell anything in a Royal Park.

Whilst lots of people do sell things without licences in London it's not recommended as if caught your stock will be confiscated and you'll potentially be prosecuted.
