Dining out or things to do early evening this Saturday

Hi - we have about 5 hours to spend after Lion King kicks out (matinee) this Saturday and would like some recommendations on how to spend our time. Covent Garden is an option but is there anywhere else like St Katherines Dock where there are restaurants and bars in an interesting setting??
