visiting Silvermans (Mile End) - safe ?

Hi

I'm a regular visitor of London and I would love to visit Silvermans (military stock) at 2 Harford Street,Mile End,London E1 4PS.

I'm wondering what would be a safe way to get there (tube ?) because last time I started on foot from Whitchapel but I decided to turn back.

Go to Mile End tube, its about a 10 minute walk from there.

It's safe in London so long as you take the common sense precautions you would anywhere else

Be sensible, don't make yourself an easy target if you're walking through an area you're not comfortable with.

I don't know the specific place you're talking about, but I went to Mile End tube quite a bit a while back and it all seemed fine around there. I wasn't worried at all. Admittedly it was only during the day, but I was walking around by myself.
