Beats” is a night that will deliver some of the best underground electronic music the
capital has to offer, while showcasing some of the incredible raw talent that will be
making serious waves in the near future.
Techno Therapy Records presents “Techno – Beats” it's all about offering a platform
for quality DJs, live artists and producers to perform. As a result they believe this will
allow the raw talent to shine through in an exciting and creative environment while still
retaining the club and dancefloor vibe.
The line up is quality from top to bottom. Each one of them has a talent which has
seen them play far and wide and drive their passion for music forward in the right
way; by creating and playing great underground music. Talal, Monstar, Lee
Hurren and Vaako Project will take the night through a journey of serious electronic
beats that will shake the foundations of this new East London venue.
Basing House is the perfect venue to kick off this new party. The 300 capacity
Funktion One rigged venue has a creative and forward thinking ethos that works in
tandem with the concept of Techno – Beats. It is often difficult to find a venue that
compliments the night itself but potentially a vital ingredient in offering something
new and exciting to a city that has seen it all –
Techno Therapy are becoming renowned for their underground shindigs (as well of
course their brilliant label releases), taking over empty warehouses and showcasing

TALAL
Originally from the Kingdom of Bahrain (UAE) spent a great deal of his life time traveling across
the world with family whilst studying and making music on the fly. His style is really deep and
melodic and makes for a great thoughtful adventure if you close your eyes, relax and listen.
He really likes the sound of Max Cooper and Guy J right now. His debut album ' Patterns by
Talal ' will be released by Techno Therapy Records in August 2011.

The label boss of Techno Therapy Records takes on a new pseudonym for his more, lets
say 'harder, faster fetish'. Producing some really enigmatic techno beats adorned with

The Dark Vibes on Fnoob radio are courtesy of the main man Detox 1000. Lee aka Detox
has been around the squat party Techno scene for quiet some time but took a break, in
more recent times we have heard his sound change and evolve capturing early techno

VAAKO PROJECT
A veteran raver in Portugal, partying at most if not all of the legendary beach parties
pumping out serious techno beats on the sunshine beaches whilst surfing on the lush white
waters of Lisbon. Nelson Ribeiro aka Vaako Project finds refuge from his crazy past in
Portugal settling for South East London. He lives along with his girlfriend and studies Music
Technology at Sir John Cass college for media and design, this guys music is mental, take
