I work for a company who do passport renewals. At the moment we recommend our clients go to Jessops or Snappy Snaps to get their passport photographs. Unfortunately we have noticed that virtually all the photographs that are rejected from the two companies are from Jessops.
Is there anyway you can inform all your staff that passport photographs with shadows behind the ears will be rejected.

I think you'd do better actually contacting Jessops to ask them to speak to their staff. Not much is going to get done here!
