London Hotels - advice anyone

Hi

Can anyone advise on a good hotel to stay in. We want to stay for 2 nights (weekdays)and would like to be in the centre if possible. I wanted somewhere trendy rather than the normal hotels.
If anyone knows of anywhere or any places with offers - any advice would be great

I've been to many fancy hotels but the one I loved was the Sunborn Yatch Hotel. Its next to the Excel center and I thought it was one of the best places I've stayed in - Pure luxury and the staff are great.
