Hi

I'm looking for interesting places to take pictures in London not the normal Tourist attractions.

Maybe areas that are funky, have graffiti anything different!

I don't live in London but travel up quite a bit.

Any Ideas i would be really glad to hear from you.

Hi Darren,

What about the city? There are some very interesting buildings - great location for practicing city skyline pictures and abstract building shots.

Also try East London, some very interesting areas that aren't part of the usual tourist itinerary.

Yeah definately, I'd suggest Natwest Tower and Lloyds Building. Lloyds in particular is really interesting to photograph. The gerkin is quite close by too.

Or what about centering some photos around the tube? The tube is a great place to people watch, you could maybe do some candid stuff as people wait for trains or get onto the carriages. Some of the tube stations are quite pretty too from an architectural point of view (believe it or not)... Westminster tube is really cool with all its sliding glass door between the carriages... and Docklands tube station elevators look amazing if you take a picture of them from the bottom.
