Apartments to rent in/around Hounslow

Hi,
I'm planning to move from the US to work at Hounslow in Sept.
Could you please guide me about good areas to rent/share an apartment around Staines Road in Hounslow? Or are there any other good areas around this place to stay/commute from?

Hi Paddy,
Hounslow is an OK area, it's got good links as it's close to the M4 and A4 and also 3 nearby stations on the Piccadilly Line.

There are a couple of parks in the area and also golf if you're into it.

Richmond is close by which is a really nice area.

Central London is about 35 mins away by tube.
