5 person office required

We are a web design company, currently based in
Waterloo and looking to find an affordable, larger
office space around the area.

Would be interested in sub-letting or finding an
office space that doesn't break the bank! Does
anyone have any ideas?

I saw this old post. Have you found office space? We're about to sublet the top floor of our building at Leicester Sq.
It is available on a 6 month short-term lease. Cost is £4,166 for 6 months plus business rates, heat & light.

4th floor space,1000 sq ft, split in to 5 offices, kitchenette, good natural light. Can be given furnished or unfurnished. The lower floors house an up-market language school.
