lively restaurant

Hi
for a Xmas work do we are looking for a lively,entertaining restaurant in London.

Last year we went to Planet Hollywood and had a great time but we are looking to go somewhere different this year.
Can anyone reccomend anywhere, it really needs to be a fun atmosphere with live music of some kind and not too pricey.
We come into London to Charing Cross so roughly that sort of area but are willing to get taxi from tube station if a bit far to walk but dont want to stray to far from charing cross.
Prefabbly somewhere in picadilly circus or oxford street sort of area.

For a lively experience I'd recommend either the Bavarian Beerhouse or Tiroler Hut.

Both German/Austrian themed. Tiroler Hut has great traditional music and dancing on tables is not uncommon :)
