what to wear in london?

my wife wl be n london nxt week to work in a hosp. were frm asia and london s so cold. what my wife need to bring? what to xpect?

Hi,
It's starting to get pretty cold here in London at the moment, it's really starting to feel like winter in the mornings now.
I'd recommend lots of warm clothes and shoes that can withstand deep puddles.

Hi there!
Winters can be very horrible especially for those from warmer places. I would advise your wife to bring/buy enough warm clothes to wear. It is advisable to wear several thin clothes in layers rather than one thick piece of clothing. A good pair of warm finger gloves will make her stay more bearable. I once failed to turn the door key becuase my fingers were numb and I was out for only a few minutes. Do not forget warm shoes and socks although these will be better bought in London.
