Car Parking near The Ritz

Hi, I am bringing a couple of elderly ladies to Tea at the Ritz @ 11.30 on Sat 26th April.
they are then going to walk to Fortnum and Masons, both along Piccadilly.
Can anyone tell me where i could park and wait for them until they have finished their experience. I think they will be approx 3 hours in total, so i need to be fairly near to Piccadilly to wait. Also cost if possible please??

Here's a list of carparks.. there are a couple that are near Piccadilly/Greenpark which are closest tubes to the Ritz. The alternative is obviously to park outside the centre and then just drive in later to pick them up?? Price-wise I had a look at Westminster Council site to get an idea www.westminster.gov.uk/carparks/carparks.cfm looks like for 3 hours somewhere between £10 and £15 is typical..
