Food warning - Rice/Rice milk may be poisoning you

I only discovered this by chance and was surprised more people aren't aware of this, quite scary.

How did you find out about this? Rice milk is the only milk I have. Its scary to think I could be poisoning myself coz Im trying to be healthy!!!!

I talked at length to the lady in my local health shop, she assured me we are safe, mmmmmmmm I feel better just having soya milk now. But what damage have I already done? :Omg:
