urgent: where to buy Bowlingshirts?

Hello,
a friend of mine is moving to US next friday and as we've been bowling a few times we thought of a bowlingshirt as a leaving present. Where can I get one? And where can I get it customized (Name on the front pocket and maybe on the back)?
