Hi,
I run a lifetsyle and conceierge company called sincura (www.sincura.com) that look after Londoners - everyone from Gordon Ransmay to bankers to your average Jo Bloggs. We work with a number of restaurants and I would personnally recommend the following that are within walking distance
1) Rules (oldest in London - covent garden but worth a look)
2) Coccoon (pan-asian food) just over the road
3) Sketch - very pricey but worth a look
4) Anywhere up marylebone lane - a short walk away. Provideurs on there is amazing, or you could try LeVante with belly dancers and such like
5) Anywhere on Charlotte Street - try downstairs at Slusch
6) Go across to Dover street and try Automark or you can try Nobu on berkley Square

Lots of great places on Charlotte Street. There is a lovely Thai place called Thai Metro, and a great Tapas bar called Navarro's.
