Hello everyone,

Thanks again for your posts. We've seen an increase in forum usage but there's still work to do

To get you all posting a bit more we've just added a stats leaderboard that shows how many points you have for the current month and whether or not you'll be in the prize draw at the end of the month.

Remember it's 5 points for a thread start and 1 point for a post in any thread. And remember points will drop off if we delete your posts or threads if they're unsuitable or spammy.

Then eat it!! Don't go on diets! They are pointless. You just need to have a balanced diet. The more you resist eating chocolate or whatever, the more you want it. Don't prohibit yourself from eating what you want missy!
