Marble Arch to Victoria (how long)?

Hi.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes approximately to get from Marble Arch to Victoria rail station by either bus or tube on a Saturday at about 4pm-4:15pm.

I have looked at the TFL site and it doesn't appear to take that long but is it longer in reality because of traffic congestion or heavy crowds etc?

about 10 mins on a bus its easier than tube

Tube will likely be longer due to the changing of trains etc.

Bus can be between 5 and 15 mins depending on traffic levels.

traffic is always bad lol but 15 mins max!
