60th Birthday

My mum is going to 60 this year.We (my 2 brothers and my sister) have all booked the day off and are desperate for something special to do.
I have had a look at theatre but nothing seems to suit as it would be more of a day event we are looking for but she is not really a "tea at the ritz" kinda girl. She is active but not sporty. (We are all between 26-34 and therefore all cost options can be considered.)

found anything oldish yet? just kidding. Have a nice dinner and take her for a walk and just chat about nothing and dreams that have come to nothing. When you finish you can chat about the dreams that have come true and what more dreams you or she may have or be having. Jees this year is just started really. Has she got the whole year to wait?
