Looking for a place where I can easily commute into Hertfordshire and London

Dear All

Me and my brother are going to live together either in Hertfordshire or London or somewhere in between those places.

My brother is studying in Hertfordshire University and I will start working in London (Tube Station: Westminster).

I am struggling finding the most convenient area for us to live, we have no idea where can provide a good transport for us to travel to/from Univesrity and work everyday.

Really appreciate if you can suggest me some good places to live. Thank you very much!
