Covent Garden to 1 Exchange Square ???

Can anyone tell me how can I go from COvent Garden to The Exchange Square ??

My nearest station to me is Holborn!!

Exchange Square is next to Liverpool street station I believe, which is the 4th stop eastbound from Holborn.
