I am looking for something to do for my 28th Birthday in London on Sunday

Its my Birthday on Sunday (April 9th) and I am completely stuck for ideas of what to do? Thought of going out for brunch with my family (Boyfriend, Sister and Brother in Law)but would rather do something really different with them to mark the day?? Please help!!??
