Pizza Hut

worst waiters ever. They do not greet customers do not bring menus and do not offer the table. We were completely ignored for twenty minutes. The waitress didn't even look our way when we called for her. The place was not busy so there is no excuse for such awful service!

My boyfriend took me there for a Valentine's dinner. He booked a table in advance and pre ordered a bottle of wine. We arrived 15 mins before and it made the waiters very unhappy... We had to wait 15 minutes for the orders to be taken, they did forget about our wine even when they knew we booked a table. When we asked for Perroni and garlic mushrooms, the waiters came back after 5 minutes and said that has a bad news but none of them are available. No apologies were given. Before we even finished our starters she brought 2 pizzas and just put them on the table and wanted to take my boyfriend's starter without even asking if he finished. While we were enjoying our main course she came to clear the table without asking if we've finished. Nobody ever came to ask if everything is fine with our food and we had a feeling we're being ignored by the staff. It spoiled our dinner and we walked out disappointed. We would be better off in the Kebab shop round the corner or in any McDonald's. As we've visited many of Pizza Hut branches in Central London this one is unfortunately the worst.
