Welcome the change of season with three days of discounts of up to 35 per cent, catwalk shows and much more

April 2019, London: It’s official: It’s getting warmer - which means it’s time to stash away the winter wear and re-embrace the lighter textures, brighter tones and fabulous footwear that comes with the start of summer. This year, Canary Wharf’s Summer Fashion Event celebrates clashing prints and pattern-on pattern styles, showcasing how to wear some of this season’s hottest looks from across the Estate’s fashion retailers.

The catwalks in Jubilee Place and Canada Place malls will come to life with riotously matched top and skirt pairings, bold spot and stripe combinations and tonal clashes from head to toe – setting the tone for fusions of the most daring kind. Those who favour a simpler look need not be disappointed as the catwalks will also showcase the must-have ‘ready to wear’ pieces for your summer wardrobe.

Exclusive offers

During the Event, exclusive discounts of up to 35 per cent will be on offer at an eclectic range of stores throughout the malls. With 25 per cent off Ted Baker, David Clulow Opticians, and 20 per cent off the likes of Aspinal of London, Bimba y Lola, Bobbi Brown, Coach, Monica Vinader and Orlebar Brown, visitors are sure to find something to suit every style

Shoe-stopping style

New to this year’s event is a collaboration with graphic artist and illustrator Rob Lowe (@Supermundane), whose unique use of colour, pattern on pattern, shapes and simplicity have gained him notoriety across the globe, with illustrations appearing in the New York Times, The Guardian and leading art galleries.

Rob has created two bespoke designs which will decorate the back wall of the catwalks and surrounding floors to further accentuate the theme of clashing prints. Rob’s vibrant patterns will also appear as feature floor tiles around the catwalks, giving shoppers the chance to take the ultimate shoe selfie to set-off their summer footwear.
