I was surprised to read the negative comments on this site, as my experience with the Finchley Road Natuzzi store has been fantastic. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and I was called promptly when one of the items I had ordered was slightly delayed.

I've had a similar experience - a chair that was weeks late, and two lamps, one of which was broken and one of which couldn't even be put together. customer servcies were OK in the early stages, but the refund promised is now seven weeks late. I wouldn't go near them again.

I agree with the previous reviewer. Natuzzi Finchley Road is not truthful about delivery dates and even when the delivery date they quote comes and goes, there is no contact from the shop letting you know there is a delay.
I would not recommend buying any big pieces of items from this store due to poor customer service.
Be aware, the delivery dates for goods keep changing. Obviously this meens they have no real idea as to when the products WILL be ready for delivery but just tell the client what they would like to hear to keep them happy! Be sure to get specific advice on the delivery dates or count on the items taking about 1-2 months longer than quoted.
I bought several thousand pounds worth of sofa and a lamp from Natuzzi back in January. After 10 months of the wrong lamp, a broken version of the right lamp I still don't have the lamp I have paid for. Their customer service is absolutely woeful and I would recommend you look else where if you have any genuine ambitions of receiving what you pay for because from my experience once they have your money they really do not care.
