Was sent here by Brother UK, after a very unpleasant experience sending my machine back to the seller I bought from on Amazon. They booked in my machine and had it repaired under warranty in 2 days, outstanding service. I have since then stopped buying machines from online because of the cr*p backup, and went to Regents to buy my overlocker.

Was sent here from argos with a broken brother sewing machine that kept getting caught, Mike the engineer was very helpful and polite, look forward to shopping there for fabric

Went in with a broken sewing machine that kept running as soon as I plugged it, the mechanic repaired it and was all done in about 20 minutes, had a glance around seemed to have nice cloths.

I completely agree with the review above. Very nice when you buy something, but wouldn't consider any refunds or even changes. I was very disappointed as we were not informed about their refund policy before placing a payment, which I think was not fare.

I found that when it came to buying something from this shop, it all went very smoothly. However, trying to return something or to get something fixed is another story. They will not take any responsibility and ask you to claim on the warranty despite the manufacturers confirming that they should swap the machine over. I would buy from a big store, prices are similar if not better anyway.
