Brasserie Blanc has Christmas all wrapped up

Christmas menus created by Raymond Blanc

Brasserie Blanc has Christmas all wrapped up this year with two special menus that take festive fare to new heights. As usual, Brasserie Blanc’s Yuletide dishes use only the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from the UK’s leading suppliers; all turkeys are rare breed birds from Robert Caldecott’s Holy Farm in Worcestershire. From now until 24th December 2012, diners at all restaurants can choose from a gastronomic extravaganza created by Raymond Blanc himself. Together with Brasserie Blanc’s take on traditional Christmas favourites, the menu includes such delicacies as Atlantic cod fillet, Grenobloise sauce & prawn potatoes. The price of £39.50 per head includes a glass of champagne and coffee and mince pies. Alongside this menu, a second priced at just £26.50, is available at all Brasserie Blancs outside London.
