Hakkasan Group launches 'Straight Up' drinks masterclasses

At Hakkasan Mayfair and Sake No Hana

'Straight Up' by Hakkasan is the new series of cocktail and spirit masterclasses to be hosted at Hakkasan and Sake no Hana this summer. Commencing on 18th June guests can perfect
the art of making the ultimate gin and tonic, become a connoisseur of cocktails and quench their thirst with their favourite tipple.

Hosted by Hakkasan Group’s leading in-house mixologists alongside the global drinks ambassadors for Hendrick’s Gin, Glenfiddich and Suntory whisky, the ‘Straight Up’ series
has been devised by George Matzaridis, Senior Bar Manager of the Hakkasan Group who is responsible for launching Hakkasan's bars globally, including in New York, Las Vegas, and San Francisco.

A rare opportunity to test the unparalleled knowledge of the drinks ambassadors, and witness the skill of Hakkasan’s bartenders who have created some of the most unique
variations of classic drinks, ‘Straight Up’ masterclasses will be informative and fun, offering guests an exclusive insight into one of London’s leading bars and allowing them to discover their next favourite spirit. Priced at £30 per person, the masterclasses will take place on Saturday afternoons at Hakkasan Hanway Place and Tuesday evenings at Sake no Hana in Mayfair.

Following the masterclass, guests can extend their stay and choose to dine a la carte or sample the new great-value signature set menus - ‘Taste of Hakkasan’ (£28pp for two
courses) and ‘Taste of Sake no Hana’ (£29pp for four courses) – which include some of the restaurants’ most celebrated dishes.
