Basque feast at Camino

Spanish restaurant and bar group Camino is unleashing some tantalising Iberian flavours with its new Basque Feast menu. Available across its restaurants at Kings Cross, Canary Wharf, Blackfriars and Monument, the new menu, priced at £35 per person (minimum of 2 people), boasts a selection of Basque favourites. These include: Bunuelos de Bacalo – salt cod and Idiazába cheese fritters; Chuletón con Hueso – rib-eye steak on the bone and Huevos Rotos – potatoes, broken egg and truffle butter. The innovative menu has been created by Head Chef Nacho Del Campo, who originates from the Basque country in northern Spain.
