Just to be diligent and do some careful research, we here at AiL dived into a 'Sandy Box' to sample the 'Crookwheel', 'Stithians' and 'St Jude'. Our cheese was delivered cool and beautifully wrapped, and the competition between them was a close run thing, but the milky, creamy, caramel-like (we did say it was like a sweet shop here!) 'Stithians' pipped the others to the post for us. The tasting was helped along by a glass of 'The Uncommon Bubbly Rosé' on a warm summer's evening.. lockdown life could be so much worse!
