The London neighbourhood of Belgravia has launched The Shopping Golden Hour, a 4 week series of extended opening hours and exclusive promotions, offering visitors a continental, summer shopping experience.
Until 4th July, stores on Belgravia’s picturesque Elizabeth Street will remain open for an additional 3 hours, until 8pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, and until 4pm on Sundays.
With shoppers set to stay in the UK this summer, The Golden Shopping Hour will recreate the feeling ordinarily experienced during European holiday breaks, with a relaxed shopping vibe and al-fresco dining on warm evenings in the capital. Following the hugely successful extension of the Eat Out To Help Out initiative in Belgravia in September 2020, the latest initiative supports the neighbourhood’s leading retail brands, encouraging shoppers to relish in the joy of physical shopping after a year of online purchasing.
Additional incentives will also be offered exclusively for the series, with special promotions including private shopping appointments from 6-8pm at ME+EM, discounts at loungewear brand NRBY, legendary Italian bootmaker Stivaleria Cavallin and luxury florist Moyses Stevens, plus champagne and gifts with every purchase at perfume store Les Senteurs. The Thomas Cubitt Pub are also offering a glass of champagne to diners.
