Versatile house DJ, Producer and Promoter Guy Williams is one of the headliners at Bank Holiday Sunday April 30th’s Kinky Trade marathon session alongside Harry Gay, Pagano, Knuckleheadz, Maze & Masters, the Sharp Boys and many more at Egg LDN.

Having played at legendary clubs like Flesh and Trash, Guy has played alongside Danny Tenaglia in New York and many international hotspots. He has held London residencies at Trade, DTPM and Savage as well as being resident DJ at Nobu, Chiltern Firehouse and Sketch.

Guy now splits his time between London and Ibiza, where his polysexual party Flash returns for its 6th year at the infamous Pikes Hotel,. As well as all of his musical activities, Guy is also behind the DJ Agency Paradise Productions which look after a small family of talented artists including Lulah Francs, Pete Herbert, Music For Freaks and more.

Here’s Guy’s AllinLondon Guide to the city.

What’s the best thing about London?

The Summer. Outdoor events, city festivals like All Points East, the Mighty Hoopla, Field Day etc and also hanging out by the river and the streets coming alive at night.

What’s the worst thing about London?

The Winter. Crowded public transport, endless grey wet days and my SAD increases year on year which is why I spend my time between Ibiza and UK.

Where do you go to have fun?

Three parties that always deliver are Horse Meat Disco, Adonis and Trade.

Where is the most relaxing place in town?

Richmond on the river or the rose garden In Regents Park on a spring day.

Where is your favourite place for eats and drinks in London?

Chiltern Firehouse for opulent but cool vibes or the Groucho club for old skool naughty London vibes. Andrew Edmunds restaurant is also rather good for cosy, romantic moments.

If I could change one thing about London…

Make it smaller.

What’s your favourite club venue to play at and what makes it so special?

The Cause… it’s got that early rave feel that brings it back to the music, rough around the edges but with a great sound system and crowd that really know their music.

The song that reminds me most of London is…

Groove Armada’s 'At The River' as it was the first record I promoted at my new job at Jive Records in 1997.

Tell us a London gem that everyone should know about

House Of Saint Barnabas in Soho it’s a really cute members venue that raises money and awareness for the homeless charity, St Mungos.

One thing everyone should do in London is…
