Blue Mondays at Blueprint Cafe

Following on from head chef Mark Jarvis’ successful sell-out appearance at Burger Monday with Daniel Young, Monday 22nd April sees the launch of the Blueprint Burger. Handmade using the finest 28-day aged mince beef chuck, filled with beef tomato, lettuce, jalapeño mayonnaise and a slow fried onion ring, held together in a homemade sesame seed bun and lavishly spread with Colston Bassett butter. Blue Mondays will showcase the new menu, which will be offered alongside Camden Brewery beer and a background of Blues music.
