Elm Park in east London was developed in the late 1930s to accommodate working class residents who suffered from overcrowding in the city’s slums. Recent regeneration has brought about a revival of fortunes, with a new library, a thriving high street (over 100 local shops, restaurants and bars to choose from!) and improvements to the tube line which links the centre of Elm Park directly to Central London as well as other hubs such as Richmond and Wimbledon.
