Located north of the River Thames to the south-west of London, Teddington is a leafy suburb popular with families and communters. A high street with plenty of independent shops and eateries, and the close proximity of Bushy Park add to the appeal.
There are hotels in the town, as well as other tourist attractions in addition to Bushy Park, including the Landmark Arts Centre with a continuous programme of events, the annual Teddington Pram Race held in the summer, Teddington Lock and Footbridge and the National Physical Laboratory.
