Red Dog Saloon aims to recreate an authentic southern states flavour by roasting cuts of meat slowly over fire pits to make them incredibly tender. Award-winning smokers have been imported especially from America to replicate the traditional fire pit cooking, with the smoke of smouldering hickory and mesquite wood adding a distinctive smoky taste to the meat.
