eggslut launches at Market Halls Victoria

The international pioneer of gourmet egg-based dining, eggslut, has partnered with Victoria Market Halls, to launch its new restaurant at the Market Halls dining and drinking destination, opening to the public on Wednesday 24th May.

Nestled in the heart of Central London, the new restaurant will be an innovative opening for eggslut in London as it is the first eggslut UK restaurant to stay open into the evening (8am – 10pm), meaning those in the area’s residential and working scene can enjoy eggslut all day long.

For the launch of the Victoria Market Halls site, eggslut will be launching a brand new sandwich recipe - the Spicy Chicken Sando. Available exclusively at this site, the Spicy Chicken Sando will consist of spicy fried chicken & sriracha, in-house pickled cabbage, free range over medium egg, in a warm brioche bun. Signature eggslut menu items will also be available such as The Fairfax, a sandwich made from soft scrambled eggs with cheese, served in a brioche bun and named after the street in Los Angeles where the original eggslut food truck parked back in 2011.

Market Halls is now one of the biggest food hall operators in the UK, bringing together next level street-food and drinks. The Victoria Market Halls location features 8 kitchens and 3 bars across 3 floors with a stunning roof terrace overlooking the London skyline and can comfortably seat 500 plus customers.
