Purple

What a lovely place, I have had breakfast, dinner and even had a birthday party there.......amazing food, atmosphere, value and staff....excellent!!!!

Purple is a wonderful restaurant in Streatham. The prices are perfect and food wonderful. You can have a catch up lunch or a nice evening meal. I love the atmosphere it provides and will continue to be a regular customer!!!

Purple is a hidden south london gem right on streatham high road. The food is fusion and the quality, quantity and price is just right for these recession days. It serves wonderful breakfasts, catering for ominovores, canivores and vegetarians. Their veggie breakfast is the best south of the river in my opinion. The staff are among the most friendly I have encountered.

Nothing is too much trouble at Purple and the owner/manager is responsive to suggestions for improvements/adjustments to the menus and the wine list. Expect little frills in Purple but also expect excellent service, wonderful food and very good value for money. Purple isn't my favourite colour but it certainly is my favourite eatery. Do yourself and your wallet a favour and give it a try.
