We visited this restaurant without having read any reviews. Went on a Saturday evening at around 8 pm. The restaurant upstairs was fairly empty but filled up a bit later to create a nice atmosphere. The dining experience was very pleasant. The waiting staff were helpful if not a bit slow in clearing plates. The food was first class. Small portions, as with most french cuisine, but perfectly executed. Food full of flavour and well presented. The wine list is fantastic but a little pricey. Would recommend for a romantic evening meal. Apparently busier during the week.

A great place for wine and cheese. Very atmospheric and an oasis of calm for the area, but the staff a killing the experience. The waiters and waitresses prefer talking to friends or smoking cigarettes to serving patrons. I've only been there twice, once average service and once bad, so I will return yet again before I dismiss it completely. Hopefully the owner reads this before I arrive.
