The lamb tava with potatoes. Succulent and delicious. The olives are uniquely spiced. The taramasalata to die for. An old fashioned traditional family run restaurant with unique characters serving you. Just as it would be in a small Greek town. No fluff all food.

Visited this restaurant with several members of my family ranging in age from 18 to 75, all of the staff and the owner who is a lady of advanced years were exceedingly friendly and helpful.
The food was very good, plentiful and at a very reasonable price.
I would recommend this place to anyone that likes good food, drink and a friendly atmosphere.

If you want the authentic atmosphere of a great Greek taverna, and feel part of the family, this is for you! The food's wonderful and the service very Greek. We loved it and look forward to our next chance to eat there.

Established in 1948 this is London's oldest Greek restaurant and a bit of an institution. A basement restaurant in Frith Street just off Old Compton Street Jummy's is well placed for dinner before or after a show in Theatreland. Food is okay but not exciting. I had a very average Moussaka but my friends enjoyed their kleftico more. Main dishes all seem to be served with a simple green salad you dress yourself. We had taramsalata, loukanika and fried haloumi for starters, all okay but could have been better. Retsina was nice, Kourtaki, at eleven pounds or six pounds for a half bottle was well priced and went well with food. The bill for three (with dessert)was seventy three pounds, without service charge, so the price is not bad for this part of town. Service was efficient if a little jaded. Music was played softly in the background which made it a nice place to talk.
