Village Tandoori Restaurant

Thought this looked like a nice Indian so i ordered a take away! Big mistake, my chicken tikka was runny and my chicken was chewy, the rice had no taste and was watery, onion bahjis were full of oil and cold and they forgot my popadoms! Wont be ordering from here again

Village Tandoori is a local Indian restaurant whose food is consistently good, and whose staff are attentive and friendly.

There's a fairly wide variety of Indian restaurants in the area. One or two are quite trendy, others offer exciting new meals that aren't found on the usual curry house menus.

Now that's all well and good, but sometimes you just want a good ol' Indian restaurant that serves your favourite dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. Well, Village Tandoori's the place for those occasions.

I can especially recommend the vegetable jalfrezi, and their samosas and onion bhajees are beautiful.
