the bengal lancer may not be the best indian restaurant in london, but it's nonetheless quite good. the food is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the place is clean and well-maintained. the bengal lancer's food is by far the best available on kentish town's high street.

This is a great and stylish local restaurant. They care about the food, the customer and the vibe. They could do with a bit more warmth in the bar area...visual and textural but they are alw`ays warm and so is the food..
