Great takeaway sevice and overall brilliant food a definate place to be visited again!

This resturant is very near to me and from all of the choices i get i would say that this would be in the top 3 because i think that the food is to an excellent standard. There has been only one person who has said somthing bad. If you have looked at the standards of all of the other resturants in the area you would see that this one is doing very well. I would have to say that it is not perfect as the service is quite slow but not every restaurant is perfect and every place has it's negatives. Also shapla has a very wide seletion of food and drink, which gives me the customer an abundant choice of food or drink. I do think that shapla is a very worthy place to visit and there is a little room for improvement but my advice would be to look at it and give your own opinion.

Really great service and lovely food! Had a nice evening meal and was looked after well. Would recommend to anyone locally and those passing through for a curry.

As near and convenient this restaurant is to me I will not be dining there again.

Food preferences are subjective and vary from person to person, so I won't go into the failings of my mediocre starter and main course. However, I will comment on how filthy the restaurant is and maybe the damp walls and crumbling plaster explain why there were no other customers whilst we were there from 7 to 9 p.m. I can't bear to think what the kitchen is like, which customers don't see, based on the front of house, which customers do see.

Maybe the damp is the reason for the stale & soft poppadoms.

I suggest this restaurant is gievn a wide berth.
